Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips or baking bars
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • 1 cup dried apple chips, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup soft caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • ½ tsp flaky sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

  3. Spread melted chocolate evenly on prepared sheet (about ¼-inch thick).
  4. Immediately sprinkle with chopped apple chips and nuts, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Melt caramel with cream in microwave (30-45 seconds), stirring until smooth. Drizzle over bark.
  6. While wet, sprinkle with sea salt and cinnamon if desired.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Break into irregular pieces and store in airtight container.

Notes

  • For best texture, use high-quality white chocolate (at least 30% cocoa butter)
  • Make your own apple chips by baking thin apple slices at 200°F for 2 hours
  • Add ¼ tsp vanilla extract to white chocolate for extra flavor
  • Store between parchment layers at cool room temperature up to 1 week
  • For gifts, package in cellophane bags with autumn ribbon
