Irresistibly Delicious Caramel Apple Slices

  • 16 ounces caramel bits (1 ½ bags)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and slice apples into 1-inch wedges.
  3. Melt caramel bits with water in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drizzle warm caramel over apple slices and let set.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over caramel-coated apple slices and let set.
  7. Carefully remove from baking sheet and serve.

Notes

Store slices in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For a vegan option, use dairy-free chocolate and caramel.
