Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until frothy.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter, swirling to cover the pan.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
