Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs

A delicious and customizable snack that features crispy bacon wrapped around a gooey cheddar cheese filling, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Chop and cool.
  3. Mix cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Flatten a piece of biscuit dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese and bacon mixture in the center, fold the dough over, and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange on a lined baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a fresh taste.
