Chicken Blue Ribbon Rolls

A delightful comfort food featuring tender chicken breasts, savory Swiss cheese, and ham wrapped in a crispy Panko coating.

  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Oil for Frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the browned rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite sauce.
