Ingredients
Scale
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups chicken broth
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
12 oz uncooked pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pot, combine chicken broth and marinara sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in uncooked pasta, cover with a lid, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Return cooked chicken to the pot and mix until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, use high-quality cheese and broth. If pasta seems dry, add more chicken broth or cream.
