Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • Chili Garlic Sauce
  • Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded
  • Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • Olive Oil
  • Bell Peppers, Sliced
  • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the rolled dough.
  5. Spread chili garlic sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce, followed by mozzarella, bell peppers, and red onion.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
