Christmas Eve Creamy Crockpot Hot Chocolate

Decadently creamy hot chocolate made in a crockpot, perfect for cozy holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Marshmallows (for serving)
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir gently to incorporate.
  2. Cover the crockpot and stir well again to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract just before serving.
  5. Ladle hot chocolate into mugs and top with marshmallows and whipped cream.

Notes

Leftover hot chocolate can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on low heat.
