A rich and creamy holiday fudge recipe that elegantly layers white and semi-sweet chocolate, creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience perfect for sharing.

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Divide and Conquer: Place white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips in separate bowls and divide the sweetened condensed milk equally.
  3. Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate: Microwaving in 30-second increments, melt the semi-sweet chocolate until smooth.
  4. Combine & Spread: Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract into the melted semi-sweet chocolate and spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Melt the White Chocolate: Repeat the melting process for the white chocolate, stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract, and add Christmas sprinkles.
  6. Top It Off: Spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer, adding extra sprinkles on top.
  7. Chill & Set: Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  8. Slice & Enjoy: Lift out the fudge using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or 2 weeks in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
