Festive Christmas Jello Shots

Colorful and playful Christmas Jello Shots made with fresh fruit juice and vodka, topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry or cherry Jello
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh cranberries or mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil over medium heat (about 5-6 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the 3 oz package of raspberry or cherry Jello powder until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of cranberry juice and 1/2 cup of vodka.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into shot glasses or silicone molds and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  5. Once set, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh cranberries or mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Ensure the water, juice, and vodka are at room temperature for seamless mixing. Avoid over-stirring the Jello mixture to prevent bubbles. Non-alcoholic versions can be made by substituting vodka with more juice.
