  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (additional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture between brioche slices to form sandwiches.
