Decadent Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Bread

A delightful quick bread filled with the warm spices of fall and a sweet cinnamon sugar swirl, perfect for any cozy gathering.

  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Neutral Oil (Canola or Coconut)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line your mini loaf pans with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, neutral oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  4. Divide the batter evenly into your prepared loaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
  5. Swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter using a toothpick or knife.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
