Homemade Cocktail Sauce

A flavorful twist on a classic cocktail sauce, perfect for enhancing your seafood dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 12 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Few dashes of hot sauce (to taste)
  • Optional: Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more horseradish or hot sauce if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve in a bowl with a garnish of lemon wedge.

Notes
