  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) coconut cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Make the filling by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and shredded coconut, then spread over the crust.
  4. Prepare pudding by whisking milk and pudding mix until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Add the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
