Cookies and Cream Cookies

Soft, chewy cookies bursting with creamy white chocolate and crushed Oreos, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring they’re well incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips using a spatula.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look slightly underbaked.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days.
