  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Gather the Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are laid out and you have your blender ready.
  2. Blend the Mixture: In a blender, add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Chill It Out: Pour the mixture into a bowl or serving cups, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Scoop out a serving and enjoy! Optionally, top with whipped cream or fresh berries.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The mousse can be made a day in advance.
