A creamy and savory crab casserole that transforms imitation crab meat into a comforting dish, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in imitation crab, chopped green onions, and shredded Swiss cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before scooping out.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
