Cranberry Burrata Tart with Pistachios on Grilled Rolls

A delightful and creamy tart featuring fresh burrata cheese layered with sweet cranberry sauce and crunchy pistachios, served on grilled rolls.

  • 4 pieces of Burrata Cheese
  • 1 cup of Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Shelled and Chopped Pistachios
  • 4 Grilled Rolls (Ciabatta or Baguette)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the cranberry sauce in a small pot over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  3. Grill each roll for 2-3 minutes until crispy with grill marks.
  4. Spread a layer of warm cranberry sauce on each grilled roll.
  5. Tear the burrata into chunks and place on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the burrata.
  7. Drizzle olive oil if desired and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Bring burrata to room temperature before use for optimal flavor. Customize with different fruits, cheeses, or nuts based on preference.
