Cranberry Cheesecake Fluff

A fluffy, no-bake dessert combining the tartness of cranberries with creamy cheesecake flavors. This easy-to-make fluff is light yet indulgent, perfect for holiday parties or as a sweet treat any time of year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • Fresh cranberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined.
  3. Fold in cranberry sauce, drained pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint before serving if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping
  • Can be made 1-2 days in advance – flavors improve over time
  • Substitute orange extract for vanilla for a citrus twist
  • If using fresh cranberries, cook them with sugar first to soften
  • Serve in individual cups or one large trifle bowl
