  • 3 ounces cranberry juice (not from concentrate)
  • 2 ounces orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 4 shakes of orange bitters (2 per glass)
  • 4 shakes of cranberry bitters (2 per glass)
  • Frozen cranberries (for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)
  • Rosemary sprig (for garnish)
  • Ice (large cubes)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Add Bitters: Shake two splashes of orange bitters and two splashes of cranberry bitters over the ice.
  3. Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine bourbon, cranberry juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Shake it Up: Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into the glasses over the ice.
  6. Garnish: Finish with an orange slice, frozen cranberries, and a rosemary sprig on top.
