Delightfully Easy Cranberry Walnut Bread

A moist and flavorful bread combining tart cranberries and crunchy walnuts, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy afternoons.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (halved)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes
