Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, and season with salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and place cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each bagel half.
