3 cups whole milk,

1 tsp onion powder,
½ tsp paprika,
½ tsp salt,
¼ tsp black pepper,
1 cup panko breadcrumbs,
2 tbsp melted butter,

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.,
