  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Gently add the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta cheese to the skillet and stir until combined and heated through.
  6. Season to taste, then serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and allow heavy cream to reach room temperature before use. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
