  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente (about 7-9 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix thoroughly to coat in the dressing.
