Creamy Pork Tenderloin

A comforting, creamy pork tenderloin dish that’s perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. Remove the pork and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  7. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half (about 2-3 minutes).
  8. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  9. Return the pork tenderloin to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and transfer to the oven.
  10. Roast for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  11. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with the creamy sauce.

Notes

Feel free to customize the recipe by adding mushrooms or a splash of lemon for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
