These ultra-crispy chicken cutlets get their incredible flavor from everything bagel seasoning and a perfect crunch from the air fryer. Ready in under 20 minutes, they’re perfect for salads, sandwiches, or as a main dish with dipping sauce.
Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Set up breading station: Place flour in first shallow bowl, beaten eggs in second bowl, and combine panko, Parmesan, everything seasoning, garlic powder and salt in third bowl.
Dredge each chicken cutlet: First coat in flour (shake off excess), then dip in egg, then press firmly into panko mixture to coat completely.
Lightly spray both sides of breaded chicken with olive oil.
Air fry in single layer (work in batches if needed) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 2 minutes before serving with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.

For extra crispy results, spray breaded cutlets lightly with oil before air frying
Make your own everything seasoning by combining: 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp dried garlic, 1 tbsp dried onion, and 2 tsp coarse salt
Perfect for meal prep – reheat in air fryer at 375°F for 3-4 minutes
Serve as chicken parm by topping with marinara and mozzarella after cooking
