Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

Delicious, no-fuss Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs that are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfect for family gatherings and weeknight dinners.

  • 4 Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and optional dried thyme or rosemary. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a wire rack.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry for a crispier skin and let it come to room temperature before baking for better results.
