Crispy Beef Tacos

A delightful blend of seasoned ground beef, crispy corn tortillas, and melted cheese, these Crispy Beef Tacos are the ultimate comfort food experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 10 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and 1 cup of water. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by layering the beef mixture and shredded cheese, then drizzle with enchilada sauce.
  5. Fold and serve immediately for optimal crispiness.

Notes

Use fresh corn tortillas for the best texture. Keep leftovers stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze the beef mixture for up to 3 months.
