Crockpot Apple Cobbler

A delightful and easy Crockpot Apple Cobbler that combines sweet, spiced apples with a golden cake topping, perfect for cozy gatherings.

  • 6 cups fresh apples, sliced (approximately 68 apples)
  • 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the fresh apples into thin wedges.
  2. Place the apples in the bottom of your Crockpot, evenly arranged.
  3. Sprinkle the cake mix over the sliced apples.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
