  • 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pack brown gravy mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • Fish gelatin sheets (optional for thickening)
  • Egg noodles
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • Sour cream (optional for creamier texture)

Instructions

  1. Gather and open all your ingredients—cans, mixes, and dried goods.
  2. Combine the lamb tips, onion soup mix, gravy mix, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth in the crockpot.
  3. Stir thoroughly to ensure everything is well mixed.
  4. Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 8 hours.
  5. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions 10-15 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the beef and gravy over the cooked noodles and add sour cream if desired.
