Hearty Crockpot Chicken and Noodles

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package (16 oz) egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and place them within reach.
  2. In a crockpot, combine shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and garlic powder. Stir to mix.
  3. Add egg noodles and frozen peas and carrots; stir gently to ensure noodles are submerged.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
