A heartwarming and creamy dish that combines tender chicken with a luscious garlic Parmesan sauce and pasta, all cooked effortlessly in a crockpot.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into blocks
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz. pasta (penne or rotini)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
  2. Pour the Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken, then add milk to the empty sauce bottle, shake, and pour it in. Add cream cheese and shredded Parmesan on top.
  3. Stir slightly to combine. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
  4. Remove and shred the chicken using two forks, mixing it back into the sauce.
  5. Prepare pasta according to package instructions, drain it, and add it to the crockpot.
  6. Stir everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce and serve warm.
