Tender pieces of sirloin steak marinated and slow-cooked to juicy perfection, offering rich flavors and melt-in-your-mouth textures. Perfect as a main course or appetizer.

  • 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry using paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper; whisk until well blended.
  3. Place steak cubes in crockpot and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. Distribute butter pieces over the top of the steak mixture.
  5. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or as an appetizer.

Notes

Ensure to pat the steak dry before cooking for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
