Cucumber Raita

A refreshing yogurt-based dip featuring grated cucumber, mint, and spices, perfect for complementing spicy meals.

  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the grated cucumber, thick yogurt, cumin, and fresh mint. Gently fold them together until well combined.
  2. Add salt to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve Cucumber Raita as a side with spicy curries or as a dip for vegetables or snacks.

Notes
