Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the apples into wedges (about 1/4 inch thick), removing the core.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth (about 1.5 minutes).
  3. Dip each apple slice by the skin into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  4. Arrange dipped slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
