Strawberry Crackle Salad

A refreshing and colorful salad that balances sweetness and tartness, featuring strawberries, pineapple, and fluffy marshmallows.

  • 1 package of strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Fresh sliced strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, pour in 1 package of strawberry jello and stir in 2 cups of boiling water until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water and undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of miniature marshmallows.
  4. Refrigerate until the mixture starts to thicken slightly, about 30 minutes.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into a large glass bowl and refrigerate until fully set, about 2-4 hours.
  7. Top with freshly sliced strawberries before serving.
