  • 1 package gluten-free pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush the dough liberally with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly over the oil-brushed surface.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For an extra crispy edge, pre-bake the rolled-out dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Customize with red pepper flakes or fresh herbs as desired.
