  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather and prepare your ingredients, shredding the chicken if necessary.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. If desired, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
