Irresistibly Crunchy Dry Rub Chicken Wings

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or follow your air fryer’s instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss the wings in olive oil in a large bowl, then sprinkle the spice blend over and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange wings on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
