Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

A creamy and cheesy buffalo chicken dip that is perfect for game days and gatherings.

  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together diced chicken and buffalo sauce until coated.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  4. Fold in the buffalo chicken mixture, green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Grease a 9×9 baking dish and spread the dip mixture into it.
  6. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Make-ahead instructions: prepare the dip a day in advance and bake before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
