  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Butter (at room temperature) for mixing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly on the parchment paper to about half an inch thick.
