5-Minute Easy Chicken Caesar Salad

A quick and delicious Chicken Caesar salad that combines crispy romaine, juicy chicken, crunchy croutons, and savory Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. Chop or tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss with Caesar dressing until coated.
  3. Assemble the salad by topping dressed romaine with sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the lettuce is crisp.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep dressing separate to avoid sogginess.
