Easy Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

A comforting and simple recipe for chicken cooked in a rich gravy, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the gravy mixture over them.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the crockpot to soak in the gravy.

Notes

This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes, biscuits, or bread. You can also modify it with different soups and seasonings according to your taste.
