  • 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 24 oz jar traditional pasta sauce
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Optional: 1 onion, added to the ground beef while cooking
  • Mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • Red pepper flakes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, sauté with onion if using, until soft. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine in the Crockpot: In the crockpot, mix frozen tortellini, Alfredo sauce, pasta sauce, and cream cheese.
  3. Add in the Meat and Garlic: Stir in cooked ground beef and minced garlic until combined.
  4. Cooking Time: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Finishing Touches: Serve hot with mozzarella and Parmesan on top, add red pepper flakes to taste.
