Irresistibly Easy Mango Ice Cream

A creamy, dreamy frozen dessert that features the refreshing taste of ripe mangoes, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together: In a high-speed blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a container: Pour the creamy mango mixture into a lidded container.
  3. Freeze until firm: Seal the container and freeze for at least 240 minutes—overnight is even better!
  4. Scoop, serve, & enjoy!: Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the mango ice cream in bowls or waffle cones.
