Easy Mini Halloween Pizzas

Delightful personal-sized pizzas perfect for Halloween, topped with spooky shapes and vibrant ingredients that the whole family can customize!

  • 28-ounce can whole tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 4 large black olives
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Toss in the drained whole tomatoes and break them down with a spoon, letting them simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in white wine vinegar, dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides with 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over each tortilla.
  6. Place 4 slices of mozzarella cheese on each pizza and a slice of cheddar cheese cut into fun shapes.
  7. Place half black olives on the pizzas to make spooky eyeballs.
  8. Top off each pizza with 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Make sure ingredients are at room temperature for better flavor mingling. You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
