10 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 tbsp white sugar or simple syrup
1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
1/2 cup lemon-lime soda (like Sprite)
Ice cubes

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh berries (muddled with mint)
Dash of angostura bitters (alcohol-free version)
Instructions
Muddle: In a tall glass, gently muddle mint leaves, 3 lime wedges, and sugar to release juices (don’t shred mint).
Ice: Fill glass 3/4 full with ice cubes.
Mix: Pour club soda and lemon-lime soda over ice.
Stir: Use a spoon to mix while lifting mint from bottom.
Garnish: Add remaining lime wedge and mint sprig.
