Heavenly Eggnog Cheesecake

A rich and creamy eggnog cheesecake that blends festive flavors into a luscious dessert, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix on low speed until just combined.
  5. Pour filling over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour or until edges are set and center has a slight jiggle.
  7. Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

Notes

To avoid cracking, don’t overmix the filling and cool gradually in the oven. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
