  • 1 cup softened butter
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the shrimp to the bowl and gently toss until well coated in the sauce. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the marinated shrimp to a baking dish and spread them out evenly.
